I needed a masculine birthday card and this is what I came up with.
I first layered a wash of three watercolors on the paper, let them air dry and dropped some water droplets. I then stamped the images (Celebrate stamp set from SSS) and the sentiment (Birthday Bites from SSS). I adhered the watercolor piece on a card base made with Neenah Desert Storm card stock, and added a few drops with glossy accents. I am entering this card to the SSS Wednesday Challenge "Anything Goes"
Beautiful colourwash background. And black stamped image and sentiment is a nice contrast against the colour wash. Love your card. Thanks for playing along Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes Wednesday Challenge!
