Today's card is all about layers. I did some smoothing on a piece of water color paper using distress inks, and then stamped images (Space cadet by Paper Smooches) and sentiment (Clearly Besotted). Then I papered my card base and add a strip of "shape and tape" on the side. I glued the watercolor panel on a piece of pattern paper, and then the whole thing on the card base, all of them a bit off kilter to add interest.
